If you consider using this approach you want to have a very big pocket book and remarkable discipline to march away when you earn a tiny success. For the benefit of this story, a figurative buy in of two thousand dollars is used.
The Horn Bet numbers are not always deemed the "winning way to play" and the horn bet itself carries a house advantage well over 12 %.
All you are gambling is $5 on the pass line and a single number from the horn. It doesn’t matter whether it is a "craps" or "yo" as long as you bet it always. The Yo is more common with people using this scheme for clear reasons.
Buy in for $2,000 when you join the table however only put $5.00 on the passline and one dollar on one of the 2, 3, eleven, or twelve. If it wins, excellent, if it loses press to two dollars. If it does not win again, press to $4 and continue on to $8, then to sixteen dollars and after that add a one dollar every time. Every instance you lose, bet the last amount plus one more dollar.
Adopting this scheme, if for instance after 15 rolls, the number you chose (11) hasn’t been thrown, you surely should march away. Although, this is what could develop.
On the 10th toss, you have a sum of $126 in the game and the YO finally hits, you come away with three hundred and fifteen dollars with a gain of one hundred and eighty nine dollars. Now is an excellent time to step away as it’s more than what you entered the game with.
If the YO doesn’t hit until the twentieth toss, you will have a total investment of $391 and because your current bet is at $31, you earn $465 with your take of $74.
As you can see, employing this scheme with only a one dollar "press," your profit margin becomes smaller the more you play on without hitting. This is why you have to go away once you have won or you must bet a "full press" again and then continue on with the one dollar boost with each roll.
